This feast day is often misunderstood.

Why are we celebrating a building? Why? Because buildings and space manner! Today we celebrate an event, a dedication, that goes back nearly 1700 years. Amazingly, 1700 years later, the worship of God still takes place at that location. Think about it! The Christian faith-full have received communion on this location for all these years.

This building manners greatly! When it was built and dedicated, it was the location of the great Diocese of Rome, and remains so today! Hear why this church is and remains an important church.
