Consecration of Our Country to Mary

On May 1, 2020 the Bishops of the United States and Canada consecrated our countries to Mary under the title: Mother of the Church
O n May 1, 2020, a special ceremony of Consecration to Mary, Mother of the Church was held at the Shrine. The ceremony begins with the Gospel and a Homily reflection on Mary. A very special Holy Rosary was also prayed with meditations on Mary in context of the ceremony. Lastly, a special prayer to Mary Consecrating our country to Mary was said, including protection from the pandemic.
