Featured Media of the Month: May
May has long been recognized as a special month to honor Our Lady. The Church encourages us in numerous ways to honor the Blessed Mother via May gardens, Family devotions to Mary, May Crowning and of course, special prayers to the Blessed Mother, including the Holy Rosary.
This month we feature three special media as: Featured Media of the Month
We encourage you not only to listen to these songs (Spiritual Insights: Honoring Mary in Song), but by using ones’ smartphones or other device, it is easy to bookmark and make listening to one song a day part of morning prayer and meditation as we begin our day.

As we enter into May, and stories about Fatima appear again, it is important not to immediately focus on the children and the events of the visitation by Our Lady. If we do, we may miss something. Our Lady did not just appear to the children. Every time Our Lady appears there is a reason and we must understand the events of the time, of that place and what was happening in the world. Our Lady leaves a message for the children and for the world. She also leaves a message for us as well.
On that day, 100+ years ago there was more than one miracle revealed. Revisit Fatima during this conference Spiritual Insights: Fatima – The Miracle of the Sun that was held in 2017 at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Island in Manorville, NY.
Obedient and loving submission to the action of the Holy Spirit in our lives is one of the great fruits that the spirituality of St. Louis de Montfort produces in those who practice it faithfully. Recognizing that as Fr. de Montfort so powerfully expresses, “When the Holy Spirit, her spouse, finds Mary in a soul, he hastens there and enters fully into it. He gives himself generously to that soul according to the place it has given to his spouse,” (TD #36) the Association finds it very important for its members to unite even more intensely with Our Lady during the days of the Pentecost Novena when we call out for a renewed outpouring of the gifts and graces of the Holy Spirit in our hearts and upon the entire Church.
